Safety

Being in the construction industry, safety of employees, subcontractors, clients and the general public is the first priority of Morgan Mechanical Contractors.  Our goal is to provide the safest environment for each employee and every person that is affected by our work, regardless of the project size.

We merge safety, quality, and productivity into a single mindset as a way to minimize accidents and incidents that have an effect on our overall business philosophy.  We feel that working safely and providing quality workmanship enhances productivity, while providing an awareness of the surroundings and situations that cause accidents.

Some of the components of a safe work environment we provide are pre-planning, training, and communication.  Our excellent safety record is a result in part of job hazard analysis completed prior to project starts, daily safety checklist performed by job foreman, weekly tool box safety meetings, and specific safety training for each employee. Our safety education and training endeavors not only are good for our company, but make sure our employees return home safely each day to their families, and contributes to their overall well being.

Each client has specific safety concerns and procedures. Our safety policy, procedures, and training can be adapted to each clients requirements. Since our work environment is in new construction as well as industrial work, our foremen have completed the OSHA 10 Hour Construction Training and the OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Training.
